This web site is provided by St Paul's Girls' School (SPGS), as a service to its former pupils and staff member. SPGS takes your privacy seriously and will adhere to the following privacy policy.

Information collected
The website collects personal data in the form of name, location, subject studied, occupation and year of leaving the School. This information is used to make up a list of members and is available for browsing by other members.

Email addresses are collected. This is to allow the website or the School to contact the member. It may be the only method of contact with the member, so a valid email address is mandatory. Email addresses will not be shared with other members unless the member chooses this option.

Postal address and telephone number are optional. This information will not be shared with other members unless the member chooses this option. The School may use this information to contact the member.

Making contact
Members can decide how they would like to be contacted during the signup process. These options can be changed at any time, using the website.

Email addresses can be shared with other members or kept private.

Members can be 'contactable' through the list without disclosing their email address. In this instance, the website will send an email to the member, on behalf of another member who wished to contact them.

The School will contact members occasionally to keep them up to date with news, events and activities of interest to alumnae. This will take the form of email or postal contact.

Irrespective of options chosen, the School reserves the right to send an email in order to verify that the member's email address is still valid. If an address is no longer valid the School will attempt to contact the member by any other means it has. If it still fails to make contact then the member's entry will be deleted.

Sharing of information
No information submitted to this web site, whether for inclusion in the members' listing or directed privately to the School, will be made available in any form to any third party, other than within the members' list on this website.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
It is likely that we will be making improvements to this site in the future - it is therefore possible that this Privacy Policy may be amended. If there are significant changes members will be notified by email.
